The Mediterranean Institute for Advanced Studies, a joint research centre between the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) (hereinafter, «IMEDEA (UIB-CSIC)» or simply «the Institute»), as Coordinator of the «OceanNight» Project 101061165 HORIZON-MSCA-2022-CITIZENS-01-01 – European Researchers’ Night 2022-2023, informs you that access to and use of the website under the domain https://biodiversitat.csic.es/ and all subdomains and directories included therein (hereinafter jointly referred to as the Site) are subject to the terms detailed in this Legal Notice, notwithstanding the fact that access to any of said services or contents may require the acceptance of additional General Conditions.
IMEDEA (UIB-CSIC) and the other institutes participating in the project reserve the right to make changes to the Site without prior notice, in order to update, correct, modify, add or delete content or design. As the updating of information is not immediate, we suggest that you always check the currency and accuracy of the information, services and content presented. Also, the terms and conditions contained in this Notice may change, so we suggest that you review these terms when you visit the Site again.
IMEDEA (UIB-CSIC) is not responsible for any damages that may be caused by the use of the tools and information contained in https://biodiversitat.csic.es in relation to the adoption of decisions on the initiation, development or outcome of administrative procedures. Such decisions must be contrasted with the competent departments and areas of the Mediterranean Institute of Advanced Studies or of the competent centres, bodies or agencies participating in the project. In any case, the information and contents of this website may not be used in contradictory processes with the Public Administration, and no responsibility is assumed for any discrepancies that may exist between the printed documents of the competent Administration and the electronic publication on these pages.

IMEDEA (UIB-CSIC) and the User agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the User, provided that the same is located in Spanish territory, for the resolution of any dispute that may arise from visiting the Site or from the use of the services offered therein.
